what is breathwork?

breathwork is an active meditation with an intentional two-part breathing pattern. this breathing sequence allows for the release of stagnant energy in the mental, physical, and spiritual body. with the release of the breath, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated creating a calming, relaxing state.

my journey with breathwork

i stumbled into a breathwork class when i needed it the most. after one class and many tears later, i felt incredibly light and liberated. i had never experienced such a powerful, cathartic release of buried emotions, memories, and tension. once i decided to begin learning more about this practice, i knew i needed to share breathwork with as many people as i could. so, if you’re reading this now, maybe this is your time to start.
